Lisa Nicholas

Hi, I’m Lisa.  I’m a Senior SENDIASS Officer working in the Richmond and Kingston team, but I also spend time on the helpline, advising families across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

I started as a Hampshire Parent Support Worker and have worked for Polaris Children’s Services since February 2023.

My job is to ensure that parents, carers and young people have access to the information, advice and support they need.

I have 2 young children myself, both with SEN and I know how difficult it can be for families to understand and navigate the SEN sector.  I really enjoy helping families understand how they can get the best outcomes for their child, or themselves, and want to ensure we deliver the best possible SENDIASS service to the communities.
