Amy Jennings

Hi, I’m Amy.  I’m a SENDIASS Practitioner working in the Richmond and Kingston team, but I also spend time on the helpline, advising families across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.

Before my role here at SENDIASS, I spent 10 years working in early years settings. This is where I  developed my passion for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This has led me to pursue a degree in SEND and Inclusive Practice which is really useful in my role supporting you now.

The impact in being able to support children positively is my main driver and gives me a sense of achievement. Additionally, sharing knowledge and experience with the whole team contributes significantly to the enjoyment of the role.
