Emma Hall

Hi, I am Emma and I’m a SENDIASS Advisor for Hampshire, Isle of Wight and across the London Boroughs of Richmond & Kingston too.

I have been working within the SEND advice sector for 12 years and in my current role for approximately 5 years.  Prior to this I worked in a large primary school and founded a special needs focussed charity.

I believe that my lived experiences as a parent to a young lady with SEND needs and a school teacher  allow me to better understand the support and advice that families may need.  I enjoy working with families to find possible resolutions to their queries and always try to focus on practical steps forward.

I have a particular interest in how parents and schools can work together to make reasonable adjustments within the school day to meet the individual needs of young people.
